Day 3 of the Shredded in 10 Series at Home. Remember these are advance workouts for fat loss. You should repeat each video as much as you can until it becomes easy for you and it will take time for it to become easy for you, then move on to the next video. This is a 60 min, 1 hour workout.

You also have to ensure to build the muscle under the fat in order to see the cuts. If you don't have muscles underneath then you'll just look like a skeleton.
