We will do Tricep and Bicep in this workout. Sometimes people ask which muscle should do first. You can do them either way, Tricep is a bigger muscle. It is always a good idea to change things around so that your muscle does not get use to any particular workout, for this reason we have many BBRT workouts for you to follow and change your routines.
Make sure you stretch your muscles before a workout.

Tricep Push Down - 4 Sets of 15 Reps
Bench Dips (Weighted) - 6 Sets of 10-12 Reps
One Arm Seated Extension - 4 Sets of 12 Reps
Skull Crushers (Wide Grip) - 4 Sets of 12 Reps
Bicep Curls 21's - 3 Sets of 7/7/7 Reps
Hammer Curl 21's - 3 Sets of 7/7/7 Reps
Preacher Curl - 6 Sets of 8 Reps
