For each new exercise you have to repeat all previous exercise. For example do Exercise 1, then do exercise 2, then do Exercise 1 & 2 & 3, Then do Exercise 1 & 2 & 3 & 4, Then do Exercise 1 & 2 & 3 & 4 & 5 etc. WITHOUT BREAKS.
