At least 11 people were killed and over 40 injured in a blast on the St. Petersburg metro. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev described the attack as a "terrorist act."
A suspect, named as Akbarjon Djalilov, has been identified by Kyrgyz security services. Russia’s intervention in Chechnya and Syria has led to threats from Isis and others.
